职位描述
1.负责锂电池的激光焊接参数维护、优化，主导生产过程中的焊接不良问题的推进解决；
2.负责激光焊接新设备的选型、安装、调试及交付；
3.负责工厂现有激光设备潜能挖掘，提高现有设备能效；
4.负责激光焊接设备的预防性维护计划制定及实施；
5.负责制定或完善工厂激光焊接相关的技术标准。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械自动化、材料成型、光学、物理等相关专业；
2.4年以上激光焊接工作经验，具备汽车、零部件或锂电等相关行业经验者优先；
3.具备激光焊接缺陷的快速分析能力，能够独立开展激光焊接参数的验证工作；
4.了解焊接设备、激光焊接技术的前沿技术，能够主导焊接新技术、新设备的导入工作。
