职位描述
焊接工程师汽车制造
MISSIONS:
Ensure the following welding missions for a project perimeter under the leading of welding CP:
• Product & process robustness check and convergence;
• IS light design (SE) in the advanced phase;
• Communication with partners;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make process design;
• Product & process feasibility check;
• Hard points analysis;
• Process design: layout / cycle time calculation etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE in VEHICLE DEVELOPMENT
• 2-8 year in BIW welding process design;
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Familiar with welding process;
• Familiar with all of assembly solution in BIW (Electrical welding spot, Arc welding, laser welding, hemming....);
• Familiar with the conception of fixture, conveyor.....the equipment which will be applied in BIW;
SOFTWARE SKILLS
• CATIA
• AUTOCAD
OTHER SKILLS or COMPETENCES
• Be able to make report (PPT, excel …) according to PSA requirements;
• Good understanding of job requirements regarding input, activity and output;
• Good communication skills with partners;
• Quick feedback and high efficiency.
