IRF Operations 出口订单管理

Objective of Job
This role sits in Supply Chain / Transport and Packaging department, working in Inter-Regional Flows Operations. The mission is to manage delivery of production components being purchased in China and resold to the many Stellantis plants (Plants) around the world. The IRF Operations collaborate with different supporting departments (incl. Purchasing, Finance, Logistic Engineering, Operations etc.) as well as Plants and Supply Chain colleagues in other countries to ensure the best efficiency in end-to-end supply chain in terms of lead time and costs.

Order Management
•Track weekly release and analyses the order to ensure the correctness.
•Contact oversea plants (Plants) in Europe, America or other Asian countries to understand the real demand and pass the best delivery plan as early as possible.
•Communicate with oversea customers, and other departments such as Program, Engineering, Customs or Finance in order to resolve demand anomalies.
•Work with Plants or overseas IRFs to make efficient shipping arrangement (ocean, air or train) in terms of cost and time.
•Identify critical parts with delivery risk and make action plan.
•Provide necessary information to overseas for shipments tracking.
Shipping
•Work with Logistic Service Provider (LSP), including booking agent and carrier to ensure on time operation on order management, booking arrangement and customs operation.
•Be responsible for Packing List & Proforma Invoice generation in SAP.
•Conduct health check on Packing List, Proforma Invoices or any other export documentation to support customs declaration at loading port and/or destination port.
•Collect and archive shipping documentation.
•Maintain shipping database.
•Assist ICT systems problem investigation with Flow Readiness, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse team etc)
Others
•Manage daily, weekly or monthly status reports of all activities.
•Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
-1~3 years’ experience in supply chain management and Import-Export Trade.
-Having good knowledge of SAP, especially SCM/PP/FICO will be preferred.
-Computer skills on MS Office, data analysis.
-Able to Work under pressure, good in communication.
-Speak English. French or Italian or Spanish is a plus.
