Pullover Merchandiser

Experience Required: 3+ years in sweater development & merchandising
Location: Shanghai

We are a French-funded garment sourcing representative office specializing in apparel procurement. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sweater Merchandiser to handle sweater development and order follow-up.

Independently manage full-cycle sweater development from yarn selection, style design to finished product delivery.

Responsible for end-to-end order follow-up to ensure on-time, quality, and quantity delivery.

Conduct yarn development, communicate with yarn suppliers to develop new yarns meeting requirements.

Effectively communicate with overseas buyers and suppliers to coordinate development progress and production schedule.

Control production costs, conduct cost calculation and price negotiation.

Handle emergencies in development and bulk production to ensure smooth order execution.

Minimum 3 years in sweater development & merchandising.

Expert in yarn characteristics and development with thorough understanding of sweater production processes.

Capable of independently handling full process from development to shipment.

Familiar with sweater cost structure with proven experience in cost calculation and price negotiation.

Good English proficiency for both email and verbal communication.

Meticulous and careful in work with strong communication and coordination skills.

Team player with friendly personality and eagerness to learn.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environment.

Experience with well-known apparel brands or trading companies preferred.

Familiarity with European market sweater trends is a plus.

精通毛纱特性及开发，熟悉毛衣生产工艺流程。

能够独立完成从开发到出货的全流程操作。

熟悉毛衣成本构成，具备成本核算与价格谈判能力。

英语良好，能熟练进行邮件及口头沟通。

做事认真仔细，具备良好的沟通协调能力。

有团队合作精神，性格友善，乐于学习。

能承受工作压力，适应快节奏工作环境。

有知名服装品牌或外贸公司毛衣业务经验者优先。

熟悉欧洲市场毛衫流行趋势者优先。
