学前教育线下授课少儿英语全英授课
岗位职责:
Job responsibilities:
1.全英文教授3至12岁学生英语,鼓励学员积极参与课堂互动教学内容;
Teaching English to students aged 3 to 12, encouraging students to actively participate in classroom interactive teaching content;
2.负责学员签到以及课堂记录表的管理,在课前,课间,课后陪伴学生,确保学生在校安全;
Responsible for the management of student registration and class records, accompanying students before, during and after class to ensure students' safety at school;
3.与家长以及学员保持密切的沟通,追踪教学质量,保障教学结果;
Keep close communication with parents and students, track teaching quality and guarantee teaching results;
4.定期向家长反馈学员在校学习情况及教学成果;
Feedback students' learning and teaching results to parents regularly;
5.跟进并处理家长的意见及建议等,与家长保持良好的关系并开发学生资源;
Follow up and deal with parents' comments and suggestions, maintain a good relationship with parents and develop student resources;
6.积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研等活动;
Actively participate in various training, teaching and research activities organized by schools and departments;
职位要求:
Job requirements:
1.授课风格活泼友好,具有感染力、亲和力、展现力;
Teaching style is lively and friendly, with appeal, affinity and display;
2.年龄20-30岁,形象佳,本科及以上学历,英语相关专业,持有英语科目教师资格证,CET4级及以上;出国留学者可放宽专业
Age 20-30 years old, good image, bachelor's degree or above, English related major, holding English subject teacher qualification certificate, CET4 or above; Overseas students can relax their majors;
3.有3-8岁少儿英语教学经验者优先;
Experience in teaching English to children aged 3-8 years is preferred;
4.英语口语和书写流利,发音标准;
Fluent in spoken and written English with standard pronunciation;
5.喜欢和孩子在一起,用自己的知识、能力和爱心,去教育孩子;
Like to be with children, with their own knowledge, ability and love, to educate children;
