外企售后商务岗

• Update Salesforce case, task and opportunity according to the CX&CO guidelines
• Work closely with Master Data and Order Management Team to ensure 100% accurate data input
• System installation support including but limited to installation tools, local purchase, samples and helium & nitrogen, make sure all goods arrive at customer site according to engineers’ request
• Return and repair support, collect failure part and send back to factory with RMA document
• Support Sales and Service Team for internal request
• Document customer suggestions and complaints and report in a timely manner to appropriate parties
• Exhibit professional and courteous customer-orientated telephone demeanour, follow through and adherence to Company policies
• Maintain an excellent working knowledge of products
• Back up support for same functions noted within the job description for other team members
• Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above
