职位描述
1、团队管理与支持：
负责PQE与IQC团队的领导、培训与考核，指导生产过程质量数据分析（SPC、直通率等）及改进，优化来料检验标准，协调解决来料及过程质量问题。
2、设计质量策划：
参与设计评审，制定新项目质量策划（含供应商能力、物料风险、市场反馈），推动供应商优化，协同开发新材料与新工艺。
3、供应商质量协同：
早期介入供应商评估，建立绩效评价体系，将设计技术要求转化为可执行的质量要求，主导零部件PPAP，深度参与新产品APQP。
4、跨部门协作与问题推进：
建立并维护与生产、工程、采购、研发等部门的沟通协作机制，主导重大质量问题的根因分析与改进闭环，推动跨部门资源协调与决策，确保质量问题及时有效解决。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气、材料、质量工程等相关工科专业。
2、5年以上制造业质量工程经验，其中至少2年兼具设计质量和供应商质量或相关管理经验。
3、优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、谈判能力和项目推动能力。
4、英语可作为工作语言。
