职位描述
1.根据技术图纸及工艺要求，完成液压系统(泵站、阀组、油缸、管路等)的装配与调试工作；
2.负责液压设备的安装、调试、故障诊断及维修，确保设备运行稳定;
3.配合技术部门进行新产品试制及工艺改进，记录调试数据并提出优化建议;
4、严格遵守安全操作规程，保持工作区域整洁，确保生产安全。
1.学历与专业:中专/技校及以上学历，液压、机械、机电一体化等相关专业优先;
2.工作经验:3年以上液压系统装配或调试经验，熟悉液压元件(如泵、阀、油缸)的性能及安装规范；
3.技能要求:
熟练识读液压原理图、机械装配图；
能独立操作常用钳工工具及测量仪器(如压力表、流量计等)；具备液压系统压力、流量调试能力，熟悉常见故障处理方法;
持有电工证或相关职业资格证书者优先;
4.其他要求:
年龄45 周岁以内，身体健康，能适应一定体力劳动;
责任心强，工作细致，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
