职位描述
• 在服务期内负责甲方冲压车间模具调试；
• 模具状态监控与基础维护，执行模具日常清洁、润滑等基础保养工作，确保模具表面无残留废料或油污；
• 在调试及生产过程中，观察模具运行状态，及时上报异常；
• 遵守安全操作规程，确保模修作业符合车间安全标准；
• 对服务范围内的物料、器具、设施、设备及人员进行管理；
• 遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合车间安全标准。
其它由工艺变更带来的工作任务、临时性工作任务或突发工作任务，包括但不限于：
• 基本生产操作（具体见标准操作卡）；
• 生产过程中上下道工序间的零件转运工作；
• 按照检验规程完成外包区域内的质量检查和记录；
• 按照TPM要求完成负责的设备、工装、夹具工具等的点检保养；
• 本区域产生的及上道工序流下来的质量缺陷的返修；
• 其他临时性或突发性工作任务；
• 按照现场5S要求完成负责的现场清擦、现场物品的定置定位等工作；
• 生产现场管理体系要求完成相关记录；
• 本区域产生的及上道工序流下来的质量缺陷的返修；
• 对服务范围内的物料、器具、设施、设备及人员进行管理；
• 其他临时性或突发性工作任务。
任职资格：
• 要求每名调试人员具备从事模具调试工作至少5年以上工作经验；
• 具备国家认可的可独立使用焊机烧焊的专业操作证，具备天车操作证优先；
• 具备模具日常点检维护能力；
• 具备烧焊、模具型面补偿、研配、大线应急抢修能力；
• 模具调试工要有5年以上的调试轿车冲压覆盖件模具的工作经历，能够对各类型表面缺陷、尺寸缺陷进行有效分析并制定及执行整改优化方案；
• 有在大众汽车各合资公司工作过且得到优良评价、熟悉大众标准的优先。
