职位描述
1.负责解读客户提供的环境可靠性测试标准及需求，撰写测试规范及提供测试计划;
2.负责对接国内外项目组或客户，协调及安排实验室内部资源与测试工作，符合项目节点要求；
3.负责带领与组织实验室内部各功能组按节点要求进行工作结果输出；
4.及时向上反馈项目所遇到的问题及项目进展，善于总结和提供解决方案；
5. 负责审阅测试数据与报告，确保最终结果的输出。
6. 遵循部门及公司项目流程，准备并完成验证设计评审相关工作。
任职要求:
1. 2年以上环境可靠性测试背景，熟悉ISO 16750及IEC 60068系列标准，熟悉车厂标准更优;
2.有良好的沟通表达能力，具备基本的项目管理概念，有项目管理经验优先;
3. 做事有条理有计划和系统逻辑思维;
4. 有CNAS实验室或汽车零部件行业工作背景优先；
5. 有车载无线终端（T-box）或数字钥匙系统相关产品测试经验优先
