职位描述
1. 负责汽车内饰（仪表板、门板、立柱、座椅系统等）或外饰（保险杠、格栅、灯组、后视镜等）子系统全生命周期开发，主导概念设计、Class A/CAS数据面构建、结构设计、DMU校验、模具跟踪至SOP全流程工作。
2. 熟练运用CATIA/NX完成高质量3D数模设计，保障A级曲面G2/G3连续性，开展壁厚、拔模、装配干涉、公差累积等结构可行性分析。
3. 输出2D工程图、BOM清单、SOR等技术文件，配合完成样件试制、试验验证及试产问题整改，保障项目按期推进。
4. 协同造型、车身、工艺及供应商，解决设计、开模、装配全流程技术问题，落实设计标准与法规要求。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计、工业设计等相关专业。
2. 精通CATIA/NX设计软件，具备扎实的内外饰3D/2D设计、A级曲面搭建能力。
3. 熟悉整车开发流程、内外饰产品结构及制造工艺，掌握工程化设计校核方法。
4. 有汽车内外饰设计相关工作经验，具备完整整车项目开发经验者优先；新能源汽车行业经验优先。
5. 具备良好的问题解决、沟通协调能力，责任心强，能高效配合团队完成项目研发。
