职位描述
1.负责新能源动力、高压系统的热管理策略设计、仿真、设计；
2.负责电驱动系统、动力电池的热管理策略设计、仿真、设计；
3.负责热设计模块中水冷板流道设计，对接供应商进行细化设计；
4.负责传导材料，界面接触材料、管件、接头的设计选型工作；
5.负责热管理零部件的设计验证工作；
6.负责搭建热管理试验台架；
7.制定热管理策略和方案；
8.配合样车调试中热管理相关问题的分析；
9.参与各项设计方案和技术标准的评审工作。
岗位要求：
1.教育背景：本科或硕士学历，热能与动力工程、机械工程相关专业；
2.工作经验：2年以上动力电池热设计经验；
3.专业技能：有扎实的传热学、流体力学等理论知识；
4.素质教育：熟悉现场问题解决流程及问题分析方法，逻辑思维能力强，善于分析解决问题。良好的表达沟通能力、组织协调能力，具有工作主动性及较强的学习能力和执行力。
、车辆、自动化、通信、机电等专业；
1.熟悉汽车理论，熟悉新能源汽车及混合动力汽车的结构、原理；
2.熟练掌握热管理仿真工具软件 GT-SUITE、Star CCM+等的使用
3.本专业相关的技术、管理标准和流程，了解国家相关标准、法规；
4.了解流体力学、热学、电化学等一般性知识。
