职位描述
1.负责新能源动力、高压系统的热管理策略设计、仿真、设计;
2.负责电驱动系统、动力电池的热管理策略设计、仿真、设计;
3.负责热设计模块中水冷板流道设计,对接供应商进行细化设计;
4.负责传导材料,界面接触材料、管件、接头的设计选型工作;
5.负责热管理零部件的设计验证工作;
6.负责搭建热管理试验台架;
7.制定热管理策略和方案;
8.配合样车调试中热管理相关问题的分析;
9.参与各项设计方案和技术标准的评审工作。
岗位要求:
1.教育背景:本科或硕士学历,热能与动力工程、机械工程相关专业;
2.工作经验:2年以上动力电池热设计经验;
3.专业技能:有扎实的传热学、流体力学等理论知识;
4.素质教育:熟悉现场问题解决流程及问题分析方法,逻辑思维能力强,善于分析解决问题。良好的表达沟通能力、组织协调能力,具有工作主动性及较强的学习能力和执行力。
、车辆、自动化、通信、机电等专业;
1.熟悉汽车理论,熟悉新能源汽车及混合动力汽车的结构、原理;
2.熟练掌握热管理仿真工具软件 GT-SUITE、Star CCM+等的使用
3.本专业相关的技术、管理标准和流程,了解国家相关标准、法规;
4.了解流体力学、热学、电化学等一般性知识。
