1. 负责办公区域的日常运维,包括环境清洁、设备维护及物资采购与库存管理。
2. 统筹员工日常行政支持,涵盖会议安排、差旅预订及办公用品申领等事务。
3. 协助组织公司文化活动,保障活动落地执行的流畅性。
4. 对接外部供应商(如物业、餐饮),监督服务质量并优化合作流程。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历,1年以上行政或后勤相关工作经验。
2. 具备较强的服务意识与沟通协调能力,能快速响应跨部门需求。
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基础的数据统计与报表整理能力。
4. 工作细致耐心,有较强的责任心与抗压能力,能独立处理突发问题。
