职位描述
1. 负责汽车塑料件的注塑生产全流程管控，包括模具精准安装调试、工艺参数（温度/压力/射速）的优化设定，确保生产过程符合汽车行业质量标准。
2. 执行汽车塑料件的专项质量检测，重点把控外观缺陷（缩痕/飞边）、尺寸公差及材料性能（耐候性/抗冲击），确保产品满足主机厂技术要求。
3. 参与汽车塑料件的工艺改进与成本优化，针对生产中的不良率问题提出解决方案，提升生产效率与材料利用率。
4. 协助维护汽车专用注塑设备与精密模具，记录设备运行数据与故障处理情况，保障生产线的连续稳定运行。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械、材料成型或汽车工程相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上汽车塑料件注塑生产经验，熟悉汽车行业IATF16949质量管理体系。
3. 精通注塑机（如海天/震雄）操作与模具维护，能独立完成工艺参数调试与常见故障排除。
4. 能看懂汽车零部件工程图纸（2D/3D），掌握三坐标测量仪、色差仪等检测工具的使用方法。
5. 具备较强的质量意识与细节把控能力，能适应车间倒班生产环境。
