职位描述
2.台架测试执行：在动力总成/电池系统/电控硬件等台架上执行功能、性能及耐久测试
3.实车测试验证：开展整车级功能验证、道路试验及极限工况测试，确认系统匹配与整车表现
4.MIL/SIL/HIL测试：执行模型在环、软件在环、硬件在环仿真测试，覆盖控制逻辑验证与故障注入
5.问题追踪闭环：记录、复现并分析测试缺陷，推动研发团队定位根因并验证修复效果
6.数据分析与报告：处理测试数据，输出测试报告与质量评估，为标定与设计优化提供依据
2.经验要求：3年及以上汽车零部件或整车测试经验，有新能源三电系统测试经历者优先
3.专业技能：熟悉测试流程与方法论，熟练使用CANoe/CANalyzer等总线工具及INCA等数据采集工具
4.HIL能力：有dSPACE/ETAS/NI等HIL平台使用经验者优先，具备测试脚本开发能力（Python/CAPL等）更佳
5.素质要求：严谨细致，具备较强的问题分析与逻辑推理能力，能适应实车测试出差
