职位描述
2、依据客户的图纸及项目要求，识别出项目的质量要求并在公司内得到有效的转化与实施；
3、识别客户标准，整理实验大纲，主导或参与项目内审，熟悉线束生产工艺和工序，熟悉线束行业检测设备；
4、主导量产前的内审以及PPAP认可前，客户现场审核工作；
5、参与工程更改评审，动态调整质量控制策略；
6、协助PQE完成不合格品（包括客户反馈的质量问题）的原因分析以及整改措施的执行；
7、配合部门工作，完成上级交办的其他任务。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，力学、机械工程等工科类专业优先；
2、7年汽车行业经验,5年汽车线束行业经验优先；
3、熟悉线束产品生产和质量控制流程者优先；
4、具备出色的沟通协调能力；
5、组织、分析和解决问题能力强，逻辑清晰；
6、有良好的团队合作精神和职业操守。
