职位描述
1. 搭建并持续优化质量管理体系，覆盖进料检验、制程管控、成品出厂检验全环节，确保生产全链路符合相关标准及公司质量规范。
2. 主导生产现场质量异常的根因分析，运用专业质量工具制定可落地的整改方案，跟踪闭环验证效果，推动同类问题批量性压降。
3. 组织开展内部质量审计、过程巡检及质量专项培训，推动一线生产团队质量意识与作业规范落地。
4. 对接客户端质量反馈与投诉，牵头完成问题复盘与改善方案输出，跟踪售后质量问题的闭环处理，保障客户满意度。
5. 定期汇总全链路质量数据，输出多维度质量分析报表，识别系统性质量风险，为管理层质量决策提供数据支撑。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，质量管理、工业工程、机械电气类相关专业优先。
2. 拥有2年以上制造业质量管理相关工作经验，有电气机械、电力设备或工业加热行业经验者优先。
3. 精通QC七大手法、8D、FMEA、SPC等常用质量工具，熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系要求，持有质量工程师相关证书者优先。
4. 具备扎实的制程质量管控能力，能独立完成质量异常分析、改善方案制定及跨部门推动落地。
5. 具备较强的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能熟练运用办公软件完成质量数据统计与分析报告输出。
6. 工作严谨细致，具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题闭环意识，能适应制造车间现场作业环境。
