Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Informatics, Automation, or other related technical/business fields.
2. Expert understanding of end-to-end CRM business processes (including order processing, returns & exchanges, customer complaint management, lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle management) and profound insight into sales/after-sales operational workflows and pain points; ability to map business processes to IT system capabilities.
3. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT Product Manager, Business Analyst or IT Business Partner in enterprise CRM/ sales systems; proven track record of leading or participating in at least one end-to-end Salesforce project (covering vendor selection, requirement design, system implementation, UAT, delivery and post-launch operations). Hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module (including master data management, order-to-cash, integration with CRM/Salesforce) is a core requirement.
4. Exceptional business and process analysis capability: ability to conduct comprehensive end-to-end business process mapping, gap analysis, and streamline complex business workflows; proficient in using process analysis methodologies and tools to design optimized, scalable process and system solutions.
5. Working knowledge of BI / Database; proficiency in Power BI (or other BI tools) for data visualization and report development and SQL (for data extraction, query and analysis) is required. Familiarity with enterprise system integration principles and middleware is a plus.
6. Outstanding cross-functional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; strong independent work capability and the ability to effectively collaborate, align and drive consensus with cross-departmental teams (IT, sales, after-sales, finance, operations) and external stakeholders.
7. Highly proactive, result-oriented and responsible; strong team player with excellent collaboration and mentorship spirit.
8. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamic business environment; demonstrated strong capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and business pressure.
9. Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and enterprise system trends; commitment to continuous professional skill improvement and overall competency development in CRM, Salesforce, SAP and enterprise integration.
10. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes of business/ system issues and design practical, long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
11. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse cross-cultural environment; adapt to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from different cultural and professional backgrounds and align global and local business/IT requirements.
