职位描述
1. 负责与供应商沟通，处理采购需求及订单，确保采购计划落地，满足项目需要的交期及成本。
2. 维护和优化供应商关系，建立长期可靠稳定的采购渠道，熟悉供应商管理流程，商务谈判和洽谈、采购合同的评估，有强烈的成本意识和责任感；
3. 负责市场行情的调查、控制降低采购成本，进行供应商资质审核及供应商评审，并在现有供应商的基础上开发新供应商，并及时汇报相关领导，以便及时调整采购策略；
4. 主导采购部门流程优化和效率提升，推动采购数字化转型进程，管理采购团队。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，有3年以上采购、物流、供应链等相关工作经验。
2. 具备较强的谈判技巧和合同管理能力、抗压能力。
3. 具有团队协作精神和创新思维，善于自我驱动和自我管理。
4. 熟悉ERP系统操作。
