大客户销售润滑油
Key Accountabilities:
1. Achieve annual sales targets including volume and margin target
2. Contribute to develop OEM business strategy and deploy strategy with OEM customers to achieve sustainable business growth
3. Manage existing OEM accounts on following matters to increase SOA:
a) Reinforce the relationship with key stakeholders of OEM customers
b) Understand OEM customers’ need and work with marketing team to develop competitive offers (product, service) for customers
c) Collect and consolidate business intelligence & market information
4. Manage solid hunting plan aligned with OEM strategy to secure long term business growth
5. As project leader, coordinate with relevant supporting functions to lead and manage projects with project management methodology and tools
6. Manage a team based on defined KPIs and provide coaching to develop team members’ competencies

Key Requirements:
1. College graduate, major in automotive engineering is preferable.
2. Minimum 5 years related work experience with automotive OEMs, 2 year+ team management experience, Familiarity with OEM business development process and strong customer relationship is an advantage.
3. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written).
4. Strong skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Available to travel often.
7. Professional appearance.
8. Experience in multinational companies in automotive industry would be an added advantage.
