Responsibilities:
主要职责:
 Responsible for the development and improvement of flat wire motor manufacturing equipment, improve production efficiency, product quality and equipment stability continuously
负责扁线电机制造设备的开发和改进，不断提高生产效率、产品质量和设备稳定性
 Responsible for the developed equipment drawing (2D and 3D)output and placement of purchase order.
负责开发设备图纸（2D和3D）的输出和采购订单的下达。
 Responsible for the preparation of equipment manual, assembly instruction, commissioning instruction and maintenance plan
负责编制设备说明书、装配指导书、调试指导书及维修计划
 Organize the design review of developed equipment, guide the installation and commissioning process, and participate in the acceptance of equipment at all stages, etc.
组织开发设备的设计评审，指导安装调试过程，参与设备各阶段验收等。
 Provide mechanical advice and technical support for the company
为公司提供机械相关建议和技术支持
 Responsible for formulating the plan of the project and the design and optimization of each stage of the plan
负责制定项目的总体方案及各阶段方案的设计、优化
 Responsible for project design and development, complete 3D and 2D drawings
负责项目的设计与开发，完成3D和2D图纸
 Coordinate with electrical technicians to select relevant electrical parts and standard parts
与电气技术人员协调配合，选用相关电气零部件，标准件
 Responsible for the issuance of product drawings and other product design related documents, and technical
负责产品图纸和其他产品设计相关文件下发，与加工方技术沟通对接
 Responsible for the preparation of relevant technical documents of the project, such as introduction, operation process, equipment manual, etc
负责参与项目的相关技术文档，如介绍、运作流程、设备说明书等的编写制定
 Responsible for the installation and commissioning guidance and later adjustment and optimization of the equipment under research
负责所研发设备的安装及调试指导及后期调整优化
 other tasks arranged by manager
领导安排的其他工作
 Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。
Job requirements:
任职要求：
 Bachelor’s degree or above,more than 5 year experience in automatic production line design, rich experience in automatic production line design, independent design, and manufacture of automatic production line
本科及以上学历，5年及以上非标设计经验，有丰富的自动化产线设计经验，独立设计和制造过自动生产线
 Able to design tooling and parts according to process characteristics
能够根据工序特点进行工装、零部件设计
