职位描述
1. 负责对应模块（外饰保险杠/格栅/饰条、座舱仪表台、座椅、门饰板/内饰饰件）的全生命周期产品开发，包括方案设计、3D数模搭建、结构校核、性能验证及量产交付支持。
2. 主导零部件与车身/周边件的匹配设计，解决间隙面差、安装强度、振动异响、人机工程等各类工程问题，保障产品符合标准。
3. 编制并维护BOM、DFMEA、DV/PV验证计划、技术规范等全套开发文件，组织跨部门评审并跟进落地。
4. 对接供应商开展同步工程（SE）、模具开发、样件试制、试装验证及问题整改，按项目节点推进交付，保障FTR/OTD指标达成。
5. 跟踪产品量产及售后质量问题，制定整改方案并验证闭环，持续优化产品性能、成本与可靠性，沉淀项目经验。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业，熟悉主机厂产品开发流程，有合资车企项目经验优先。
2. 对应模块3-5年/5年以上开发经验，熟悉注塑、包覆、发泡、焊接等相关工艺及常见失效模式。
3. 熟练使用CATIA进行3D建模与数模校核，了解内外饰件相关法规及验证标准优先。
4. 具备良好的问题分析、跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，可独立解决工程问题，团队协作意识强。
5. 中英文读写/口语沟通流利优先，可接受长沙项目驻场办公。
