职位描述
1. 主导汽车整车涂装全流程（前处理、电泳、中涂、面漆、清漆）的工艺设计与参数精细化管控，确保符合汽车行业外观与性能标准。
2. 参与新车项目涂装工艺开发，对接设计端需求，完成样车涂装工艺验证，解决试生产阶段的漆膜缺陷（如桔皮、色差、附着力不足）。
3. 监控量产线涂装过程数据，通过工艺调整、设备参数优化提升涂装良率与生产节拍，降低材料损耗。
4. 制定整车涂装工艺规范、作业指导书及质量检验标准，推动工艺标准在生产端的严格执行。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，材料科学、化学工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
2. 3年以上汽车整车涂装工艺工作经验，精通电泳、水性涂料喷涂、烘干固化等整车核心涂装工艺。
3. 熟悉整车涂装设备（如机器人喷涂系统、恒温烘干炉、废气处理系统）的原理与调试，具备量产线工艺优化经验。
4. 掌握IATF16949质量体系，具备较强的现场问题分析能力，能独立制定工艺改进方案并推动落地。
