职位描述
1、参与自动驾驶系统开发，审核开发过程的相关文档，解决技术和质量问题，确保系统满足自动驾驶功能需求；
2、参与系统方案设计和评估，负责功能集成和测试问题处理，推进智能驾驶系统集成工作；
3、紧扣整车开发流程，协调部门内/外资源，推进相关零部件和智能驾驶集成开发，把控项目节点；
4、编写和评审各项开发流程所需技术文档，把控零部件和智能驾驶系统功能质量；
5、协助项目经理推进自动驾驶系统在整车项目开发中的相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、3年以上汽车工作经验，汽车相关专业
2、3年及以上国内知名大型整车厂及/或国际知名零部件企业工作经历，其中至少2年的自动驾驶系统研发经验； 有MEB或MQB平台开发经验优先； 3、熟悉自动驾驶技术原理及方法，全面的技术分析能力，熟悉辅助驾驶产品研发、测试流程及整车开发流程，良好的文档规范编写能力；
4、有成功的辅助驾驶产品（AEB/ACC/LKA/APA）量产开发经验，完整车型相关项目负责人经历的优先；
5、良好的职业素养和全局观，优秀的沟通与组织协调能力，团队合作意识；
6、优秀高效的项目管控能力、项目推动力和执行力，突出的问题解决能力。
