职位描述
负责电池包内部电池母排（Busbar）的开发管理，承担产品设计、验证与全流程认证工作。
按公司技术标准、市场及项目要求完成产品设计发布，根据 QCTP 流程与风险管理要求管控设计变更。
与团队团队进行技术需求评审，同步项目技术状态。
支持电池验证与整车试验，分析故障根本原因，输出优化方案。
负责工程变更全流程管理，确保变更落地合规。
项目报价阶段，评估供应商技术方案提供专业意见。
在 APQP 框架内，协助项目负责人按计划推进项目进度，保障节点达成。
任职要求
本科及以上，电气/机械/车辆工程相关专业
1年以上汽电池/电子零部件开发经验，熟悉电池母排开发流程者优先
熟练使用CAD，精通CATIA，熟悉APQP流程
能独立工作，责任心强，沟通协调能力佳，具备团队意识
