职位描述
1. 负责生物医药无菌自动化系统的搭建与实施，支持生物工厂的产线建设，重点服务于胰岛素生产项目；
2. 对接西门子等自动化技术厂商，完成系统集成、调试及运行维护；
3. 理解并执行生物制药领域的无菌工艺要求，确保系统设计符合行业合规标准；
4. 参与海外药企（如诺和诺德等）合作项目的落地实施，支持国际化技术对接；
5. 可拓展至类似高洁净要求行业（如医美）的自动化系统技术支持。
任职要求：
1. 具备生物制药背景，熟悉自动化系统在无菌环境中的应用；
2. 有生物制药产线或相关高要求洁净环境自动化工程经验者优先；
3. 英语能力良好，能够进行国际技术沟通与文档阅读；
4. 熟悉西门子等主流工业自动化平台者优先考虑。
