职位描述
1. 负责热管理相关工程咨询项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求对接、方案制定、进度跟踪及交付验收。
2. 协调内部技术团队、客户及供应商资源，解决项目执行中的技术与沟通问题，确保项目按时按质完成。
3. 制定项目风险管控策略，识别潜在问题并及时调整方案，保障项目成本与质量符合预期。
4. 输出项目阶段性报告与总结文档，沉淀项目经验并优化后续项目管理流程。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，热能工程、机械工程或相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上热管理领域项目管理经验，熟悉热管理系统设计、仿真或工程实施流程。
3. 掌握项目管理工具（如Project、Jira），具备良好的计划制定、资源协调与问题解决能力。
4. 拥有较强的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力，能有效对接客户需求并推动团队执行。
