2，参与供应商技术报价方案评审，输出预选/定点意见
3，根据零部件开发周期/模具周期，倒排供应商定点/数据冻结时间；
4，负责设变/数据采用通知，数据，图纸，开模指令，皮纹腐蚀指令，色板等文件下发；
5，组织确认供应商生准计划合理性，并持续点检和推进供应商生准计划达成；6，供应商模具，夹具，检具，设备开发进度管控和组织实施
7，供应商生产准备讨程监控，识别生产准备过程中的风险课题，组织推进供应商风险课题降级；
