职位描述
电子硬件工程师 - HV
岗位职责：
负责EDC、ACMI、sEOP等高压逆变器的开发、设计、调试和测试；
工作范围：
负责EDC、ACMI、sEOP逆变器系统硬件方案设计、原理图设计、PCB设计、功能仿真、电子器型选型、验证及测试；
负责编写设计分析文档，DJF、EV测试计划等设计文件；
与软件工程师协作，负责控制器软硬件联调、故障排查和问题解决；
负责EMC性能评估和测试、问题分析调试和方案设计；
负责逆变器硬件产品样件制作，以及研发转生产导入，流程跟进工作。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，电力电子相关专业背景；
3年及以上车载EDC、ACMI、sEOP硬件开发经验，有量产项目经验，熟悉EDC、ACMI、sEOP产品的开发流程及测试方法；
具有丰富的EDC、ACMI、sEOP产品硬件经验；熟悉高压逆变器硬件电路架构及MCU、SBC、Motor driver、Position Sensor等应用；
会使用Simetrix/Simplis等仿真软件；
熟练基本的英文听说读写；
熟悉国内外各个车厂的基本企标及法规；
熟悉功率半导体、磁性元器件的应用，具备系统散热、EMC的设计能力；
了解高压逆变器硬件功能安全相关设计要求；具有功率电子高压隔离及电磁兼容设计经验
