职位描述
1. 主导整车测试计划的制定与执行，统筹测试资源（人员、设备、场地）的调度与分配，确保测试进度符合项目节点要求。
2. 协调研发、生产、供应链等跨部门团队，推动测试需求的澄清与落地，解决测试过程中的跨团队协作问题。
3. 负责测试过程中的问题跟踪与闭环管理，建立缺陷分析机制，推动问题根因排查与整改，提升整车测试质量。
4. 输出测试报告与数据分析结果，为项目决策提供数据支持，持续优化测试流程与方法论。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、机械工程或相关专业背景。
2. 具备3年以上整车测试管理经验，熟悉整车开发流程（V模型）及测试标准
3. 拥有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动多方资源协同解决问题。
4. 掌握测试计划制定、缺陷管理工具（如JIRA）及数据分析方法，具备良好的逻辑思维与问题解决能力。
