职位描述
统筹多个车型项目的底盘系统集成工作（悬架、制动、转向、传动、车轮等），协调硬点定义、DMU检查及结构干涉问题；
牵头底盘平台化、模块化策略，推动跨项目共用件开发及成本优化；
组织骡车、工装车试制支持，主导底盘装调及路试重大集成问题的攻关；
对接性能、CAE、试验、总布置等部门，确保项目节点与质量目标达成。
8年以上底盘开发经验，其中至少2年团队管理或项目管理经验；
精通底盘系统架构、硬点设计及运动学分析，熟练使用CATIA；
具备完整量产车型（≥2个）底盘集成负责人经历；
出色的跨部门沟通能力与风险识别能力。
