职位描述
1. 负责底盘系统（如悬架、转向、制动等）零部件的供应商质量管控，制定并落地质量审核计划。
2. 主导供应商来料质量问题分析与整改，推动8D报告等工具的有效应用，确保问题闭环。
3. 参与新产品开发阶段的质量风险评估，制定PFMEA等质量控制文件，从源头规避质量隐患。
4. 建立与维护供应商质量绩效评价体系，推动供应商持续改进，提升整体供应链质量水平。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程等相关专业。
2. 3年以上汽车行业底盘系统SQE或质量工程师经验，熟悉IATF16949等质量管理体系。
3. 精通底盘零部件（如冲压件、铸件、橡胶件）的制造工艺与质量标准，具备独立开展供应商审核的能力。
4. 掌握质量工具（如8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA），具备较强的问题分析与跨部门协调能力。
