维修工程师

A.Equipment maintenance 设备维护，负责设备传动系统，液压与气动，机械结构等方面的日常维护巡检，定期保养，确保设备的正常运转。

B.Spare parts management负责维修备件的申请和技术支持，制定备品备件采购计划，管理备件库存

C.TPM/WCM 负责TPM/WCM的推行

D.Respond promptly to unexpected mechanical failures in production, quickly resolve issues, and minimize production downtime to the maximum extent及时响应生产中的突发机械故障，快速排除故障，最大限度减少生产停工时间

E.Participate in the selection, installation, commissioning of new equipment and technical transformation of existing equipment. 参与新设备的选型、安装、调试及现有设备技改工作

F.Detailed record the fault repair process to form a maintenance report, providing data support for subsequent equipment maintenance and optimization. 对故障维修过程详细记录，形成维修报告，为后续设备维护及优化提供数据支持

G.Propose technical improvement and innovation plans based on equipment operation conditions to continuously enhance equipment performance. 结合设备运行情况提出技术改进与创新方案，持续提升设备性能

H.Other matters assigned by the leader领导交办的其他事项

I.Write and update equipment standard operating procedures and maintenance work instructions, and provide training to production operators on equipment operation and basic fault handling.编写、更新设备标准操作规程和维护作业指导书，对生产操作员进行设备操作与基础故障处理培训.

二、所需专业知识

1. Familiar with basic knowledge of mechanical principles 熟悉机械原理方面基本知识；

2. TPM/WCM 有TPM或者WCM的推行经验；

3. Familiar with lean production tools such as standardized operation, 5S, TPM, visualization and error proofing熟悉标准化作业、5S生产应用工具

4. Skillfully use OFFICE software, Solidworks and other software operations熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、 Solidworks等软件操作

三、任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, CET-4 or above本科以上学历，机械设计制造、机电一体化、钳工等相关专业，英语四级以上；

2. With relevant professional knowledge or more than 3 year of mechanical related work experience 3 年以上制造工厂设备机械维修经验，有汽配、冲压、液压等设备维保经验优先；

3. Understand mechanical assembly drawings and simple hydraulic/pneumatic schematic diagrams. Preference given to candidates with PLC-related experience.懂机械装配图纸、简易液压 / 气动原理图，有PLC相关经验优先

4. Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated 独立工作，积极主动，自我激励

5. Proficiently apply drawing software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD熟练应用SolidWorks、AutoCAD等制图软件

6. Possesses strong hands-on skills and fault judgment abilities, has a strong sense of responsibility, is hardworking and can endure hardships, and has a team collaboration awareness.具备较强的动手能力和故障判断能力，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，有团队协作意识
