汽车行业非标机械设计装配线
1. 独立完成非标自动化设备的机械结构方案设计，包括元器件选型、传动系统设计、结构设计等
Independently completed the mechanical structural design of non-standard production equipment, including the selection of components, transmission system design, and machine body structure design.
2. 与客户进行技术对接，了解客户需求，负责项目技术方案编制与报价
Engage in technical discussions with customers, understand needs, and responsible for preparing project technical proposals and quotations.
3. 负责整套设备、工装机械图纸绘制、建模，编制详细的物料清单（BOM），确保设计方案的可行性、经济性及可制造性
Responsible for the mechanical drawing and modeling of the entire set of machines and jigs, as well as the preparation of BOM, ensuring the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability of the design scheme.
4. 统筹管理多项目并行，制定项目组合计划，管理项目范围、进度、成本与风险，协调内外部资源（设计/制造/客户/供应商）解决项目中的常规问题，提升项目交付效率
Coordinate and manage multiple projects in parallel, develop project portfolio plans, manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk, coordinate internal and external resources (design/manufacturing/customer/supplier) to solve routine problems in the project, and improve project delivery efficiency.
5. 主导机械设计方案的评审，针对设计中的问题提出优化改进措施，推动方案落地
Lead the review of mechanical design proposals, propose optimization and improvement measures for design issues, and facilitate the implementation of the solutions.
6. 对接客户、供应商及公司内部团队，协调推进项目顺利实施，设备技术资料收集整理，保障项目交付质量与进度
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and various departments within the company to ensure the smooth implementation of projects, collection of equipment technical documents and guarantee the quality and progress of project delivery.
7. 配合自动化与PLC工程师完成设备机电一体化集成设计，解决设备设计、制造、验收、售后过程中的机械技术难题
Cooperate with automation and PLC engineers to complete the integrated design of equipment electromechanical integration and lead the solution of mechanical and technical problems in equipment design, manufacturing, acceptance, and after-sales processes.
8. 支持现场解决工厂遇到的重大疑难问题
Provide on-site support to resolve major and complex problems encountered in the factory.
9. 跟进行业内机械设计相关新技术、新物料的应用，提升设备设计水平
Apply new technologies and materials related to mechanical design in the industry to improve equipment design level.
10. 支持机械设计规范、技术标准及图档管理等标准化建立、维护
Support on the generation, and maintenance of mechanical design specification, technical standard, and document management system.
11. 指导初级工程师开展工作，协助团队进行技术经验沉淀、设计规范优化
Guide junior engineers to carry out their work, assist the team in accumulating technical experience, and optimize design specifications.
12. 推动供应商遵循奥托立夫标准设计和制造设备，并支持提升供应商能力
Communication and cooperation with supplier to manage machine concept development and machine building to meet machine specification and ALV standard and support to improve the technical capabilities of suppliers.
13. 完成部门制定的年度指标
Achieve the KPI of department.
14. 完成上级交办的其他临时工作
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by line manager.
任职资格：
1.非标机械设计，3年以上工作经验，英语敢开口说即可，
2.汽车零部件装配线非标设计经验
