职位描述
1.负责有机硅/环氧新产品的研发；
2.根据研发部门项目规划，配合研发负责人进行项目评估，制定详细的项目实施计划；
3.确保按时保质完成产品开发及导入；进行产品应用工艺实验，设计实验方案，并对实验结果进行分析、判断；
4.设计和优化实验方案，参与产品、配方开发，识别关键技术难点，针对性的进行改进，跟进客户端测试反馈结果，及时进行优化调整；负责进行竞品分析；
5.跟踪产品小试、中试及放大生产、稳定性测试及客户端应用全流程；在中试、放大生产初期辅助协助生产部门进行产品放大时的工艺探索与优化，把握关键技术点，确定生产工艺流程、参数，制定生产SOP，并对生产人员进行不定期技术培训，协助生产负责人解决生产中出现的问题；
6.负责关键原材料的选型，维护和开发新的供应商，丰富公司原材料数据库；
7.编制产品有关标准，形成指导资料，定期/不定期与相关部门组织开展经验分享、问题剖析等培训、分享等。
任职要求：
1.硕士，3年以上工作经验，高分子材料或化学相关专业；
2.在环氧/有机硅导热材料方向有3年以上工作经验；
3.具有熟练掌握各种化学试验设备的能力和新材料研发的经验；
4.具有良好的英文读写能力，能够独立查阅和阅读外文资料；
5.具备独立负责项目能力（新产品开发、实验室小试中试、放大生产、对接客户等）；
6.对EHS有较好的认识和执行
