岗位职责
1. 负责所辖区域内客户关系维护,全力保障客户满意度,巩固并深化老客户合作关系,提升客户忠诚度。
2. 及时响应客户的各类咨询与投诉,高效解决客户问题。
3. 管理指定潜在客户资源池,积极拓展合作,促成与DGF建立长期稳定的业务合作关系。
4. 负责建立完善客户档案,精准挖掘并梳理客户需求。
5. 及时向销售经理反馈市场动态,包括竞争对手业务模式、行为动向等信息。
6. 定期向销售经理同步客户需求及业务相关诉求。
7. 协同公司运营团队,共同响应客户咨询,保障服务高效推进。
8. 维护与公司客户的良好沟通,建立和谐高效的工作协作关系。
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the responsible territory, ensure customer satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
3. Manage a defined portfolio of potential customers, and strive to establish long-term business relationships between them and DGF.
4. Be responsible for establishing complete customer profiles and accurately identifying customer needs.
5. Report market dynamics such as competitors' business behaviors and patterns to the Sales Manager in a timely manner.
6. Update the Sales Manager on customer requests and relevant business needs regularly.
7. Collaborate with the Operation Team to respond to customer inquiries efficiently and ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Maintain effective communication and good working relationships with company customers.
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 拥有2年及以上货运代理行业市场营销相关工作经验。
3. 具备良好的中英文表达及演示能力。
4. 拥有出色的沟通能力与商务谈判能力。
5. 以结果为导向,具备较强的销售意识与业务执行力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing in the freight forwarding industry.
3. Good presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Excellent communication and business negotiation skills.
