面销/陌拜电话销售KA大客户
position statement:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the responsible territory, ensure customer satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
3. Manage a defined portfolio of potential customers, and strive to establish long-term business relationships between them and DGF.
4. Be responsible for establishing complete customer profiles and accurately identifying customer needs.
5. Report market dynamics such as competitors' business behaviors and patterns to the Sales Manager in a timely manner.
6. Update the Sales Manager on customer requests and relevant business needs regularly.
7. Collaborate with the Operation Team to respond to customer inquiries efficiently and ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Maintain effective communication and good working relationships with company customers.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing in the freight forwarding industry.
3. Good presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Excellent communication and business negotiation skills.
5. Result-oriented with strong sales awareness and execution ability.
