Job Responsibilities 工作内容：
1. Equipment acceptance 设备验收
2. Timely completion of PIMS FIC SISPN reports and updates on work status
PIMS FIC SISPN 的报告完成及时各工作状态的更新
3. Coordination for the management of certain PACKAGES in Singapore
配合新加坡部分PACKAGE 管理
4. Tracking and closing of FAT/RIR comments and reporting to shipowners
FAT/RIR 意见跟踪关闭报验船东
5. Tracking and handling of site acceptance comments 现场验收意见的跟踪处理
6. Factory FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) 工厂FAT
7. Collection, review, and distribution of equipment arrival inspection documents to shipowners and relevant personnel
设备到货报验文件收集审核发船东和相关人员
8. Updating the status of equipment maintenance reports in the system 设备维保报告系统状态更新
9. Updating the arrival status and required dates of equipment 设备到货状态及需求日期更新
10 Inspection and archiving of spare parts 配件点检归档
Qualifications 任职要求：
1.College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
大专及以上学历，机械工程、轮机工程或相关专业背景。
2.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门协调合作。
3.Proficient in reading English technical documents; strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (CET-6 preferred).
能够熟练阅读英文技术资料，具备英语听说读写能力，CET-6以上优先。
4.Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly mastering new technologies.
具备较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力，能够快速掌握新技术。
5.Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
有责任心，注重细节，能够承受一定的工作压力。
