日常工作职责:
Routine Job Responsibility:
1. 准备以下分配项目的内容：
Prepare the contents of the following assigned items:
1） 项目总计划/关键节点/详细计划Project master plan/key nodes/detailed plan
2） 进度S曲线/项目人力预估/项目人力汇总Schedule S curve/project manpower estimate/project manpower summary
3） 重型起重的吊装方案（了解厂区设备参数、分析吊装过程中存在的错误）Hoisting scheme for heavy lifting (understand plant equipment parameters and analyze errors in the hoisting process)
4） 项目进度报告（周报告，总裁报告，POC）
Project progress report (weekly report, President's Report, POC)
5） 设备的纳期计划
Schedule of equipment
2. 准备以下草图/图纸/方案：
Prepare the following sketches/drawings/schemes:
1） 生产区域场地分配及未来一年内生产场地使用情况
Site allocation of production area and the use of production site in the next year
2） 分段划分图及分段合拢顺序示意图
Section division diagram and section closing sequence diagram
3. 运用项目管理的技术和方法。
Apply project management techniques and methods.
4. 协助高级经理和部门主管完成建造方案。
Assist senior managers and department heads to complete the construction program.
5. 与技术部门，采购部门及运营部门沟通交流
Communicate with technical department, purchasing department and operation department
6. 参加项目相关会议（生产会议、总裁审核会议等）Attend project-related meetings (production meetings, CEO review meetings, etc.)
7. 分析说明项目延期原因。Analyze and explain the reasons for project delay.
8. 在项目结束时准备并发出完工计划。Prepare and issue a completion plan at the end of the project.
9. 整理/分析项目所用工时。Organize/analyze the time spent on the project.
10. 协助业务发展部制定投标项目的计划。Assist the Business Development Department in making plans for bidding projects.
11. 审核工作流程，提高效率和生产率。Audit work processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
12. 管理并指导计划人员，确保按照计划完成任务。Manage and direct the planner to ensure that the tasks are completed according to the plan.
