The Job

Responsibilities

Take charge for Install, maintain and improve quality management system.

Take charge the internal audit, customer audit, the third party audit implement effectively,

push the corrective action.

Take charge the management of QA dep., assure the quality function teams work effeciency.

Take charge for monitor the quality objective, and report to top management.

Take charge the customer satisfy for product quality.

Have the authority to stop shipment and production to correct quality problems, confirm

customer product quality.

Fulfillment of plant PSCR duties according to the definition of 2051160 < Product safety/

Product safety officer>

Complete the work content assigned by the leadership.

Tasks to be fulfilled

Leading for Install, maintain and improve quality management system.

Monitor the performance of quality management and report to top management.

Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Set up quality objectives, to monitor corrective and preventative actions.

Drill the QA department to get the better customer quality performance.

Push the APQP period implement effecieny, make sure the product quality before SOP.

Coduct regular quality meeting for each quality function,to show the quality

performance,such as Supplier quality, Process quality, Customer quality,

and push

corrective actions and continue improvement.

Insure to implement company’s internal process audit , production audit , Quality system

audit effectively;Insure to implement customer’s process audit and third party’s audit

(such as IATF audit ,Formel Q) effectively.

Involved and support for Management Review Meeting, push corrective actions and

continue improvement.

Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations

Knows and observes the law stipulations in the domain of work security and health, that

he/she has been instructed about, having the following obligations.

Performs his/her activity according to his/her education and training, as well as in

accordance to the instructions received from the employer, so that he/she does not expose

himself/herself to the risk of accidents or professional illnesses or any other persons who

could be affected by his/her actions or omissions during the work process.

Knows and observes the law stipulations in the domain of emergency situations, that he/she

has been instructed about, having the following obligations.

 To observe and apply the norms and regulations in the domain of emergency situations,

protection against fire, established by the employer.To inform his/her superiors or the private service for emergency situations of the company,

by any means, including by phone, or by dialing 110, about the imminence of the

appearance of any emergency situation that he/she notices.

The Incumbent

Professional education

University education.

Professional experience

The work experience in the field of automotive industrial 3-5 years.

The work experience in the field of electrical harnesses manufacture is in advantage.

Knowledge

Knowledge of IATF16949 System standard/VDA6.3 process audit/PSCR.

Good oral and writing English skills.

Abilities

Good communication skills, problem solving abilities.

Capacity to take quick decisions.

Capacity to convince, to impose one's point of view, determination.

Very good leading and organising skills.
