Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for existing/new server/Database security registration. • Responsible for Security Spec review and setup in each machine. • Responsible for support on PID Discovery for server and database. • Responsible for Cloud resources support. • Responsible for PID management • With ability to develop script (PowerShell/Python...) • Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the security standards and procedures are properly implemented. • Investigate security incident/problem and provide support for non-office hours. • Provide compliance and audit checking support and self-assessment. • Maintain the inventory of service catalog and managed servers/IDs. • Strictly follow standards and internal procedures/guidelines in daily operation. • Other related assignments as instructed for IAM operations. Minimum Job Requirements: • 3–4 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or cloud operations. • Hands-on experience with Cloud IAM (RAM) or similar cloud IAM platforms. • Exposure to cloud access lifecycle management and access governance processes. • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, or database platforms from an access control perspective. • Understanding of enterprise IAM or cloud identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). • Ability to write or maintain basic scripts using Shell, PowerShell, or Python for automation or reporting tasks. • With working experience on CyberARK system • Can provide 7X24 support by shift • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. • Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related disciplines. • IT security concept or certification
