Requirements 任职要求：

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
机械工程或相关专业本科学历
• Good command of English (min. B2), enabling effective communication and email correspondence
良好的英语能力（至少 B2 水平），可进行有效沟通及邮件往来
• Experience in design of tooling and manufacturing equipment (e.g. assembly fixtures, jigs, test equipment)
具备工装及生产设备设计经验（如装配治具、夹具、测试设备等）
• Very good knowledge of 3D CAD systems
熟练掌握三维 CAD 软件
• Ability to create and interpret 2D and 3D technical documentation
能够编制并解读二维、三维技术文件
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. assembly, machining, injection molding, stamping)
熟悉制造工艺（装配、机加工、注塑、冲压等）
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
掌握几何尺寸与公差（GD&T）相关知识
• Familiarity with DFM / DFA (Design for Manufacturing / Design for Assembly) principles
熟悉面向制造 / 面向装配设计（DFM/DFA）原则
• Basic knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
具备失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）基础知识
• Strong problem solving skills
优秀的问题解决能力
• Ability to work in a cross functional team
具备跨职能团队协作能力
• Good work organization and ability to work independently

Scope of responsibilities 工作职责：

• Design and develop tooling used in production processes
设计与开发生产过程用工装
• Prepare and maintain 2D and 3D technical documentation
编制并维护二维、三维技术文档
• Ensure compliance with internal design standards
确保设计符合内部设计标准
• Support ordering of components required for tooling projects
协助采购工装项目所需零部件
• Supervise manufacturing and assembly of tooling
监督工装的加工与装配
• Participate in implementation of tooling into production and introduce improvements
参与工装投产落地并推进优化改进
• Provide technical support to production teams and conduct basic user instructions
为生产团队提供技术支持，开展基础操作指导
• Troubleshoot tooling related issues and implement corrective actions
排查工装相关问题并落实整改措施
• Monitor progress of assigned tasks and report potential risks
跟进分配任务进度，上报潜在风险
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tooling and work processes
参与工装及作业流程的持续优化
