生产经理/Production Manager

Position aims:
- operational planning and realization of company targets regarding quality, costs and operational result
- assistance with strategical planning for the plant and technical scope together with the Plant Manager
- initiation and realization of innovations and improvements in the subordinated areas of responsibility
- ensurance of a smooth and efficient production with respect to quality-, quantity-, date- and cost-targets realization of a best-practice-production with respect to local conditions (flagship production area)
Tasks:
Planning, management and control tasks:
- effective support of and cooperation with the Plant Manager
- tight cooperation with the Head of Quality, Commercial Management and Sales Management
- assistance of (customer) projects during project phase and launch
- realization of the Weber -Management-System
- reporting regarding the targets and realization of continuous improvements
- ensurance of continuous further development of technology-, production-, quality-, and performance-standards of the Weber-Group with respect to the local conditions
- establishment of a local WPS-System (Weber-Production-System) with focus on 6S, reduction of waste and personal-reduced (direct and indirect employees) production
Employee management tasks (here: management matrix):
- permanent further development of production-, quality-, maintenance- and performance-standards
- realization of cost-reduction-programs in cooperation with the Plant Manager and the subordinated departments
- preferred: competence to enable employees regarding problem solving and application of problem solving techniques (e.g. 5 Why, Ishikawa and Design of Experiments (DoE))
- implementation of modern production methods such as like 5S, Lean, 6-Sigma or similar process such as TPM, however must be fully capable to adapt to Weber-Production System concept
- conveyance of a cross-functional-team approach
- anticipatory personal/employee planning and development
- promotion of the zero-defect -principle
- buildup and ensurance of plastics-production-know-how (injection molding and further processing) in subordinated areas
Professional tasks:
- Responsibility for the whole Production.
- Mid- to long-term planning of investments and capacities under consideration of new projects or technologies for the factory-building, media-supply, production facilities and layout
- Supervision of implementation of a process-oriented organization of production with multiple shifts
- Supervision of the development and continuous improvement of production processes for productivity-improvements
- Permanent upkeeping of production readiness, coordination of machine- and plant-maintenance
- Coordination of definition of Assembly-Lines and production facilities in new projects
- Implementation and further development of a Lean-Production-System
- Ensurance of an efficient workplace-organization and presentable production area
- Optimization of lead-times, stock-levels, required areas and set-up-times
- Supervision of the preparation for and representation of the company during internal and external audits assistance and exertion of positive influence of quality,
- development of products and processes,
- mould-design regarding the realization of customer-requirements, production-requirements, plastics-requirements, recycling- and economic development
- adjustment of the group-wide technology- production- quality- and performance standards of the Weber-Group with respect to the local conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years work experience within the automotive supplier industry
- Strong experienced in IATF16949 and other automotive industrial standard process and/or auditing procedures by passenger car OEM
- Must have work experience in the plastic injection /molding of automotive parts such as in interior or exterior parts
- Must have production, operations or process engineering background in the management of plastic injection lines & machines basically for an automotive supplier (tier1/tier2) industry
