职位描述
A.职责概述
根据样车试验认证计划，完成装配工艺文件、工装、工具、设备准备，发现试制问题，控制试制进度和操作质量，按时交付试制车辆
B.职责描述
1.根据样车试制计划、BOM、数模和PE输入的信息，编制试制装配工艺文件、现场总装制造手册（Build Book），拉料单
2.根据VME制定的输入和试制计划，完成样车试制工装、设备、工具准备
3.工艺准备过程中发现的BOM和数模中的问题，及时反馈并督促相关工程师解决
4.对技师进行试制装配工艺培训
5.协助相关工程师分析、解决现场问题，批准并安排实施样车试制现场操作指导书(BSD)
6.负责协调现场人员、场地等资源，确保试制装配进度满足样车试制计划
任职资格
1.教育程度：本科或以上学历。汽车、机械、电子、机电一体化等专业
2.工作经验：三年以上相关工作经验
3.专业知识：汽车制造、工艺相关知识
4.英语：熟练使用英语进行口头和书面交流
5.计算机：熟练操作工程和办公软件
6.其他技能：良好的动手能力和实践经验
