食品研发专员

• Independently work from the concept brief stage to product approval, creating commercially viable products that meet customer requirements.
独立完成从概念简报到产品批准阶段的产品开发工作，并创造出符合客户要求的商业化产品。
• Independently research new or upgrade ingredients, packaging and manufacturing techniques and incorporate into new products where appropriate and continuously improve products, reduce costs, increase yields and production efficiencies
独立研究新的或升级的原料、包装与制造技术，并在适当的情况下将其纳入新产品开发、现有产品改进项目中，包括降低成本、提高产量与生产效率等。
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of consumer insights / market trends for new concept generation and incorporate the new concepts into the new products development
保持对消费者洞察与市场趋势的最新了解，以产生新概念，并将新概念融入新产品的开发
• In partnership with production, engineering, procurement and QA teams to make sure a smooth integration of new products into manufacturing processes
与生产、工程、采购和质量团队合作，确保新产品在工厂顺利商业化落地
• Approved by line manager, communicate with customers regarding the relevant projects and drive the projects moving forward
如果经理批准，与客户就相关项目进行沟通，推进项目进程
• Adhere to the safety and food safety policies, maintain laboratory equipment in good condition
遵守研发实验室的安全和食品安全制度，保持实验室设备处于良好状态
• Comply with the company’s relevant policies and requirements, such as intellectual property management and R&D document management, including recipe, trial report, plant trial report etc.
遵守公司的相关制度要求，如：知识产权管理与研发文档管理等要求；包括配方、实验报告与上线报告等。

任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above in Food Science or relevant discipline;
食品科学或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 3-5 years of research and development experience in the food or beverage industry;
3-5年食品或饮料行业研发工作经验；
• Experience in the baking industry is preferred.
有烘焙行业经验者优先。
• English work experience is preferred
有英语工作经验者优先
