- Strictly review the supplier's materials report and quality, conduct the inspection and testing, follow up the whole production line materials inspection and ensure the materials meet the quality requirements. 严格审核供应商来料报告，负责来料检验和测试，跟进和确保来料供应满足质量要求。
- Conduct investigations, feedback and statistics on quality issues in incoming and production process, create NCR, analyze the root cause with the responsible departments together, track and verify corrective and preventive actions until non-conformance issues are closed, and draw lessons from non-conformance issues. 调查、反馈并统计来料及生产过程中的质量问题，并开具不符合项报告，与责任部门共同分析问题原因，跟踪并验证纠正预防措施，直至不符合项关闭，对不符合项进行举一反三。
- Assist QE in participating in the incoming inspection of PT parts and tracking trial assembly results of PT parts during the production process and promptly feedback the problems to relevant departments. 协助质量工程师参与样件入厂检验及生产过程中样件的试装检验，并及时向相关部门反馈过程中发现的问题。
- Responsible for IPV on assembly line, conduct record and feedback. 负责生产线装配过程质量验证，做好记录和反馈。
- Responsible for promoting the handling and improvement of non-conforming parts by suppliers and assisting QE in conducting quality monitoring and continuous improvement of suppliers based on the requirements of the QEHS. 负责敦促供应商对不合格品的处理和改进，协助质量工程师按照QEHS体系要求对供应商进行品质监控和持续改进。
- Responsible for product final inspection, implement the visual and functional and other final inspection according to the inspection procedures and other regulations strictly. 负责产品终检质量，严格按照检验规程及其他规定完成成品的外观和功能性等成品检验工作。
- Responsible for non-conformance data collection, statistics, and analysis during final inspection, communicate with relevant department staff for improvement. 负责成品检验过程中各种不合格数据的收集、整理、统计和分析，并能主动与相关人员、部门沟通改进。
- Assist the QE to handle customer complaints. 协助质量工程师参与客户投诉的处理。
- Handling of other tasks assigned by Quality Manager. 完成质量经理要求的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
- Above 3 years' work experience in the engineering machinery industry, preferable JV experience. 三年及以上工程机械行业质量相关工作经验;
- Familiar with vernier caliper, micrometer, hardness tester and other measuring equipment and tools. 熟悉游标卡尺、千分尺、硬度计等测量设备和工具;
- Able to read mechanical and welding drawings. 能读懂装配和焊接图纸;
- PC literate. 具备基本电脑操作知识;
- Must understand quality control process, Quality Techniques and Tools. 熟悉质量控制流程和质量手法和工具;
- Have a strong sense of quality and EHS. 拥有EHS和质量意识;
- Self-starter and ready to work under pressure, teamwork. 会主动学习，能承受较大工作压力，适应团队合作;
- Fluent in English is preferred. 英语口语流利者优先;
- Driving license will be a plus. 有驾照者尤佳。
