职位描述
2、 掌握各系统紧急事故的处理方法及应变措施；掌握所管辖系统的运行情况及控制状态，定期审阅运行记录表，发现误差和问题立即组织人员纠正和处理，并校正和分析；
3、 负责制定所管辖系统设备月度和年度的维修保养计划及备品，备件计划，定期报送工程经理审定；负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施，制定工作标准，检查当值期间各系统的维护保养设备人员的工作质量与工作效率；
4、 贯彻落实岗位责任制，督促属下当值人员严格执行操作规程和安全技术方面的规定；
5、 当值期间发生设备故障或隐患应及时组织检修和处理，把好质量关。当发生重大事故影响大厦正常运行时，能正确果断处理，尽量限制事故的发生，消除事故的根源，解除对人身和设备安全的威胁，保证大厦最基本的安全运行
