职位描述
2、 掌握各系统紧急事故的处理方法及应变措施;掌握所管辖系统的运行情况及控制状态,定期审阅运行记录表,发现误差和问题立即组织人员纠正和处理,并校正和分析;
3、 负责制定所管辖系统设备月度和年度的维修保养计划及备品,备件计划,定期报送工程经理审定;负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施,制定工作标准,检查当值期间各系统的维护保养设备人员的工作质量与工作效率;
4、 贯彻落实岗位责任制,督促属下当值人员严格执行操作规程和安全技术方面的规定;
5、 当值期间发生设备故障或隐患应及时组织检修和处理,把好质量关。当发生重大事故影响大厦正常运行时,能正确果断处理,尽量限制事故的发生,消除事故的根源,解除对人身和设备安全的威胁,保证大厦最基本的安全运行
