2、公司各层级会议,包括班子会、项目会、专题汇报会的组织安排,会议材料的编制准备以及会后会议纪要、会议记录的撰写、牵头会签、各类督办事项的跟进等;
3、公司及专项档案收集、整编、调阅;
任职要求:
2、3-5年国企相关岗位从业经历,房产类企业优先考虑;
3、能够熟练运用操作各种办公设备,熟悉办公室相关流程,掌握各种公文处理流程以及各种常用公文的写作;
4、有良好的语言表达,文字处理能力,较强的沟通、协调能力,有团队协作精神。
