一、Area of Job Responsibility工作职责范围（description of main tasks主要工作任务描述） :
Responsible for project HW development:
• Design, analyze and evaluate systems, products or components, requiring a high degree of technical expertise.
• Design and develop PCBAs to fulfil the defined technical requirement specification, including component selection, schematic and layout design
• Communicate with suppliers for the DFM analysis and with cross functional teams for the interface alignment, e.g. IO definition with FW or layout restriction with Mechanical
• Support the production and customer field issue fix
• Act as a virtually leader when needed for investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports
• Lead the HW related requirement discussion and clarifications with product management and cross-functional teams
• Support the successful launch of new products and their transition into serial production.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals such as production and process improvement, cost reduction, and problem-solving.
• Follow and implement other tasks assigned by line manager.

三、Required Education & Working Experience教育背景及工作经验:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in architecting, designing and implementing hardware from concept to production for min. 5 years
• Experience in designing hardware to fulfil different global standards, e.g. EMC design for CE, UL, etc.
• Experience and a strong understanding of analog signal processing and circuit design and debugging
• Experience in defining & using hardware development tools like Altium, PADS or equivalent
• Experience in following different project development process, such as Waterfall or Agile
• Experience in the automation/instrumentation industry with knowledge of relevant standards.
• Clear English-language writing and speaking for design work and team interactions
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of relevant technologies for pumps or industrial instrumentation.
