KA大客户底盘汽车座椅内饰件汽车零配件
Main Responsibilities:
1) Supports the implementation of customer strategy
2) Manages all relevant activities in approved Process "Acquire & Quote"/Process "Develop & Launch" projects to achieve defined targets
3) Documents and maintains all projects in Benteler systems by ensuring high data quality
4) Prepares and supports project related negotiations with customer
5) Ensures successful development of orders during Process "Acquire & Quote"/Process "Develop & Launch" considering customer specific agreements
6) Suggests cost optimization to Account Manager/Global Account Director and/or Program Director
7) Defines boundary conditions and supports the (pre-) calculation of prototype- and serial production
8) Prepares necessary data for sales planning
9) Leads order- and acquisition-related customer meetings incl. negotiations
10) Expands customer relationship for commodity
11) Maintains a strong customer orientation within the company
12) Informs respective superiors about customer related affairs in some particular cases:
13) Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Leads by example and lives up to Benteler’s mission, values and global leadership principles. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees
14) other tasks/projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years automotive industrial experience. 3+ years Local OEM service experience.
2. With foreign Automotive company working experience.
3. High problem solving skill.
4. Good documentation and communication skill internal and external
